c’est … qui / c’est … que
To highlight an element, frame it with c’est … qui (if it is the subject) or c’est … que (if it is the object or an adverbial). In the plural — ce sont … qui/que.

ce qui… c’est and dislocation
The structure ce qui / ce que / ce dont … c’est brings the idea to the front: Ce qui m’intéresse, c’est la musique. Dislocation is repeating a noun or pronoun for emphasis: Moi, je pars. Ce film, je l’adore.

💡⚠️ qui (subject) vs que (object)
After c’est, use qui if you highlight the subject (the doer), and que if you highlight the object or adverbial. The verb after c’est … qui agrees with the highlighted word: C’est moi qui ai fait ça.
C’est toi qui as raison. (qui — subject, agreement)
C’est toi que je cherche. (que — object)
