Qu’est-ce qu’un verbe pronominal ?
A pronominal (reflexive) verb is built with a reflexive pronoun (me, te, se…) referring to the subject: the action « comes back » to the person. Many describe the daily routine.

💡⚠️ Passé composé: auxiliary être + agreement
All pronominal verbs form the passé composé with être, and the participle usually agrees with the subject: je me suis levé(e), elle s’est habillée, ils se sont couchés. Negative: je ne me lave pas.
Je me suis levé tôt.
Elle s’est réveillée à 7 h.
Nous nous sommes promenés.
